Organizing movies in a DVD storage cabinet.
One of my favorite questions is, “Brian, how should I organize my movies one I have the DVD storage cabinet that I want.” My answer is not what you might expect.
Most people automatically jump right to organizing things in alphebetical order, or in a color scheme. I disagree because or goal is to actually keep yourself organized, not create more work. I tell people to put their movies in any which way they will go and the easiest way for you to make sure that you actually put the movies or other items back once you are done using them. After all, the purpose is to help us organize our lives, not to create more time consuming work for no reason.
