I have always asked myself what the difference is between a ninja sword and a japanese samurai sword, so I decided to carry out a bit of research on both and finally solve the mystery.

Whilst Samurai swords were weapons which were valued and treated as valuables the Ninjas considered their swords to be useful and disposable.
