Basic Health Insurance Matters When It Counts

In today’s times I understand that it is hard enough to find a job that pays decent wages, let alone one which offers excellent benefits. It seems that a lot of people simply have to settle for whatever they can get. However, getting some sort of affordable health insurance is better than not having any at all. My husband’s insurance requires us to pay a higher copay for prescriptions and office visits but for something major, such as an accident or a life-changing illness, it more than makes up for the bit more we have to pay out. I never considered it a luxury before, but after listening to some of the stories on the news, I do see how blessed we are.
