How to save flash videos that i see in the websites?

Dear friends
I want to download many videos that i view in most of the website. But all seem to be in flash player. I dont know how to save it. Tell me how to save flash videos from websites.

If you don’t use Firefox then you need to start. When you have done that, get the add-on Download Helper. Then start downloading flash videos. That easy.

    Open this website "http://www.keepvid.com/" in new tab
    and
    copy URL address of your video and paste it in blank white box appearing on "keepvid" and press download button.
    It will show you 2 options ".flv" or ".mp4" download.
    choose .flv for low quality or choose .mp4 for high quality video.

    if you see the vedio in youtube.com you may download that. you just copy the vedio URL form the youtube site and you simply paste on http://www.saveid.com it will allow you to download the vedio form youtube.com. (if you want to convert the vedio) and also it will convert the vedio to seviral formats like .flv and mp4 like this.

    suppose your user name on windows is : Mr_XYZ
    then go the folder:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Mr_XYZ\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
    remember it is a hidden folder
    hence you may not find it just by browsing
    hence just type the whole path-name of the folder
    look for the files that are shockwave flash objects
    one of those files could be the file you want it to save.
    copy paste that file to your desired location

    if u use firefox then install addon called videodownloadhelper

    it detects all downloadable content including .flv,.mpg,.jpg,all such media files & blinks in toolbar that it has detected

    click it and choose destination to download
