Is there any company that I can send pictures and music to and then have them make me a flash cartoon for me ?

Is there any company that I can send pictures and music to and then have them make me a flash cartoon for me ? I would like to make a flash cartoon. I don’t know anything about flash design and it would be great to have someone else do it for me.

Any company with Flash skills can do it for you. You could post this on online marketplaces like elance.com
