Fish oil is really good for you

You know that people really should be getting more omega 3 into their diet, and they should learn more about fish oil benefits because if they don’t they’re really risking their overall health and well being. Why? Because omega 3 is a hugely anti-inflammatory substance which can seriously offset the average western diet’s *inflamatory* diet, which is slowly killing us from a diet perspective. OK, well that may be a little overboard, but really, inflammation is a big deal, and one of the simplest ways to reduce inflammation is to just take some fish oil and be done with it. So do it! :)
