		<description>I use http://www.freeze.com/ they have both free &#38; paid for content but the clip art seems to be the same whether you are a paying member or not.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'm a regular user of Freeze so have many of their clip art files.</description>
