So knowing that, you know that it’s time to be thinking about what you are going to give up during the 40 days and 40 nights of Lent. But don’t forget, you don’t necessarily have to give something up. You can also choose to do something extra during lent.

For example, you can opt to work out for an hour a day on your AirClimber machine; you can choose to give up soda and sweets; you can choose to drink more water. The options are limitless as long as you are doing whatever you are doing in the name of the Lord.

I am absolutely miserable. I’ve been plagued for years with baby fat and looking at all the skinny hollywood types is not helping any. Most of my girlfriends seem to be pretty skinny too, so it was always bothering me. So I started forcing myself to puke. At first it was completely disgusting but as time went on it got very easy to do. I did not think too much about it until recently. I’m not sure why, I started dating this really nice guy and I am afraid he will find out and think I am a freak. So I have decided to check into an eating disorder clinic.
