It has been often noted that people tend to fear public speaking more than dying! So, what is it about speaking in public that is so frightening? It most likely has something to do with all eyes being on you at the exact same time, along with the probability that there are a number of individuals sizing you up.
Once you feel as if your nervousness and uneasiness has been noticed by everyone, it automatically increases. Suddenly, your speech becomes awkward and uncomfortable for you, along with everyone else in the room. The tension thickens, and everything just starts feeling extremely uncomfortable. Your heart may start to beat. You can stop panic learn to relax and give strong, confident speeches.
