What computer moron came up with this idea, Your watching your favorite show and all this junk popping up on the bottom telling me whats on next , what channel I’m watching even with anamation blocking my view. and god forbid if my program has subtitles which I can see with this junk in the way. Just bought a big screen tv just to find out I have even bigger junk blocking my view…what ever happen to the little faint logo in the corner, I can deal with that

I hate it too! And what I hate even more is when I’m trying to see the credits, you know I might want to see who played one of the characters or something and you can’t read the credits because they SHRINK them into the side there and make them go super fast!
And then once the stupid pop ups are done, they make the credits back to normal and by that point there’s nothing you wanted to see on the credits.
I absolutely HATE those popups!

I am a 20 years old female entering my junior year as a student at an art/design college with an anamation/illustration major. I have two more years to finish and love to draw. Yet part of me is wanting to do something else. Ever since I was a kid I was obsessed with airports/planes and being a flight attendant. I am really considering trying it out for a year or two af ( or how ever long the contract is). I don’t have a clear goal in life, and my parents having graduated from college both have very different views. My dad being a scientist says that I should do what I like and that I can always try it and if I don’t like it I can always go back to anamation. My mom and sisters think that it’s just like waitressing and that I wasted money on college tuition.Besides on my flights there’s a lot of connections, very important people to meet and I can always go back to before.I need help.Any advise? And if you’ve been a stewardess, what’s your experience with this job?

It’s definitely not "just waitressing". You’re responsible for passenger safety in case of emergency. It’s a skill set that you won’t use often, if ever, because emergencies are so rare, but you have to pass the training nonetheless.

However, I would urge you to take off your rose colored glasses and consider this carefully. The pay for starting flight attendants is not very good, especially at regional airlines. Most airlines are losing massive amounts of money. Routes are being cut, aircraft are being grounded, and employees are being laid off. It is likely that some will file for bankruptcy within the next year and liquidations are not impossible. There isn’t much job security in most industries, but there is far less in the airline industry.

It’s great to follow your dreams, but this dream has the potential to be a nightmare.

I recently got oblivion for PC. When i go to play i click new game, the anamation goes.. THEN it goes bad… no colors but white and a tiny bit of blue when im ingame.. i cant see anything but a little chair and a few other things i can walk around and apparently im in "Jail" thats all i could figure out… PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like a video problem, do you meet the requirements to run the game? If by chance you do , up date your direct x and video drivers.

The music video i roughly anamated with simple hand drawn segements, it fluctuates between the anamation and real people, and was parodied on Family guy when Chris Is in the Supermarket.
