Is massage therapy training hard work?
Some people often ask whether massage therapy training is hard work, are they going to be able to cope. Well simply the massage school you choose will have entrance requirements that need to be met and so if you meet them then you should be fine. It isn’t a walk in the park though for example; there are over 630 muscles in the body and you will need to know most of them, there are 206 bones in an adult, the skin is the largest organ in the body etc. So when you have finally chosen which massage courses are right for you, don’t worry about what is ahead, you will all you need to know in a gradual manageable timescale.
