The 4 Steps to An Effective Tennis Forehand

If you want to master effective tennis forehand, it is very important to know the four steps involved. And it is followed in a chronological order. The first step is the pivot and shoulder turn body sideways) or which is also known as the “unit turn”. The second step is to get your racket back using your hitting arm. The third step is the swing to contact and it is the most complicated as it involves three things at the same time. Finally, we have the fourth step which is the follow through.
