Where can I set up a job shadowing for computer animators and programmers?

I’m looking for a a link or source that will allow me to set this up. I realize it may cost me, but I am prepared to pay. Im a junior and finding a career to work toward is a little important right about now. Like I said, I want to shadow a computer programmer/animator for at least one of their regular business days. Can anyone help me out?
