What programs do animators use to create shows such as Naruto, Ghost In The Shell and Anime in general?

I’ve always wondered what programs they use to produce them.

Especially animating programs, not just photoshop.

i know that some studios in japan use RETAS!PRO HD.i know there teaching student in japan how to use it at this school
