Do the animators for SpongeBob Squarepants have a saggy breast fetish?

I figured being underwater and all it would relieve breasts of their natural enemy…gravity. I’ve got a few fetishes of my own but saggy breasts are not one of them. What gives?

Ha ha! I too have noticed a plethora of saggy breasts on SpongeBob. But notice that it’s usually old women, which I guess is anatomically correct, for the most part.
