There's the Programmer, who deals with all the numbers and such. Extensive software and computer knowledge is required for this.

Then we have the Music staff that icludes voice actors, composers and such. We also have the Graphics team, that focuses on 3D design and so on.

There are plenty of other jobs, and they vary by company. A team can consist from 20 to 200 people working on a single game.
