  3. I have the perfect answer for you. I live in florida and was looking for the a film school. I found out through a teacher about a collage which does film, music, game, animation and web design. Go to this site: http://www.Fullsail.edu and look at it for your career, there are no dorms btu there are apartments that you can rent out. i hope this collage is what your looking for.

P.S. voted best university in country for multiple subjects and from what i saw when i went on a tour, It is a amazing collage!

  4. I couldn’t tell you specifically, but some kind of Art Institute.

May I warn you, art schools are REALLY really expensive, and the field you are trying to enter is INSANELY competitive. There are about 5 companies in the world that need what you will be doing, and most them already have an experienced team at their side. It may be worth it to open your mind, expand your horizons, and check out some other career fields before definitely deciding on this.

  5. There are lots of great schools all over the place. The most important thing when looking for an animation school are the basics. You want a place that has a really good life drawing program, anatomy, perspective, design and composition classes.
If your interested in gaming specifically you also want a school that has a 3d animation program. It wouldn’t hurt to know some rigging as well.

I went to http://www.maxthemutt.com/ stupid name, but the curriculum is hardcore. my graduating class had 8 people, we started with 40.

The more classical stuff you can learn the better your computer stuff will be.

  6. Most video game designers are Japaneese and done in Japan. Getting a video game designer job in the US…. is very difficult. You would probably have a better chance of getting into the NFL.

    With that being said….
