How much is the flash animator’ rate?

How much should I charge my client for a 40 seconds flash animation ?
How much is the flash animator’ rate?
How much a flash animator be paid for hour?
Or how much should he take for 1 second of animation, regarding that the animation includes lipsync?

Depends on your level of expertise. A beginner could ask for $50 … or an expert designer with fantastic graphic skills could ask for $1000.

Pricing always depends on what quality you can deliver and what the customer is willing to pay for.
