You need a good video editor!
I use this one, It is very easy to use and fast to operate. It allows users to convert multiple files at the same time.It can convert video and audio files with comprehensive formats seems good, you may have a look, not bad!

Look at AnimeStudio and AnimeStudio Pro -- about half-price of Flash, and I like the Pro verison better. There is also Stickman, but I feel it is a bit overpriced. AnimeStudio has 'bones' which can help you animate shapes for talking or walking.

Good luck.
References :
http://my.smithmicro.com/mac/anime/index.html

Macromedia or adobe flash is an extremely popular. You can basically make and animation like a flick book, e.g. you create a shape and then you create a new page and then move the image ever so gradually. Once you have finished you can then export it to several video formats.

Hope this helps.
