What animated character can i wear for halloween?

im going to a birthday party, and its for halloween. but it has to be an animated character. not something freaky, it has to be cute, girly, and preferably brown skinned. and i want it to be a person, not an animal.

Get a blue shirt that goes off your shoulders, sweat pants or some kind of baggy blue pants, blue or gold slippers, gold necklace and earrings, and a blue headband. Put your hair up in a ponytail and tie the bottom part of your hair with another blue hair tie.
For make-up, wear dark lip stick and thick eyeliner to make your eyes look pretty and exotic..

another suggestion I have is Belle from Beauty and the Best..
