How do I send an animated graphic from computer to cell phone?

I have an email from a friend that has an animated graphic in it that i want to send to my cell phone (Samsung Glyde). How do I do this? I can send email to my cell just fine, but not pics or animated graphics….why!? Help? Does anyone know how to do it?

You’ll never be able to. I worked for Verizon Wireless. They make the phone’s like that on purpose because that way the only thing you can do is download from them. That way they make more money off you. It’s all about the money homie…
