People only care what your portfolio looks like. If you have avis of great animation they can look at (a reel) then they will want you even if your degree is in economics.

pretty much, all i think you can do is draw each frame individually (with paint since you don’t have/use photoshop) then put it together with some program. i think you can use Adobe Premiere.
